3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the personalised nature of the Attraction Blueprint, all purchases are non-refundable once the intake form is submitted. If you have not submitted your intake form, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Text Coaching is billed as a bi-weekly or monthly subscription, depending on the package you choose. You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Due to the real-time, on-demand access and limited capacity, refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused time once a billing cycle has begun. Spiral SOS Pack is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once your first spiral support message has been used. This package is designed to provide short-burst, emotional regulation support and is considered a digital support service.
